It was 1953 when my beloved Father who was then a teenager ,was with his Mother and Father to watch the Queens Coronation. He often told me of his memories of that day,that it rained , where he watched from, etc. On May 6th 2023 the now deceased Queens Son will have his own Coronation seventy years later.Rain is again forecast for the days weather. Although you are not here I am thinking of you and when you watched the Royal Procession in the rain near Buckingham Palace in 1953.
