You did National Service when you were in your late teens , maybe around Eighteen years of age .You always told me how much you enjoyed it -and made many good friends .You entered a boxing tournament , feeling rather unsure of the outcome ., and left the ring feeling nothing will ever worry you in life -after facing an opponent in the ring .You lived true to this all of your life -showing no fear , even when holding onto life in hospital -you faced it with courage .A very bold , strong man , my Father .
